In senior leadership roles with the largest and most influential operators in the airport sector, HMS Host and SSP America, Pat served as a driving force behind enterprise growth, managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios that spanned globally recognized brands as well as highly specialized and emerging local concepts.
Demonstrating a level of execution few in the industry achieve, Pat has led more than 500 franchise and licensing negotiations and 1,000+ brand activations across 100+ airports worldwide. Additionally, he led 25+ major commercial expansions across top-tier North American airports—including DFW, IAH, JFK T4, LAX, LGA, MCO, MSP, MDW, OAK, PDX, PHX, SAN, SEA, SFO, SLC, SMF, TPA, YUL, YVR, YYC and YYZ—generating $500+ million in incremental revenues.
